Affordable Housing Event in Bransgore

Link to Scheme Details

Come to Bransgore Village Hall on Tuesday 12th June (8am - 7pm) to hear all about  the Western Challenge development of affordable housing,  in particularly the shared ownership units.  There will be information about the proposals for the development behind Meyrick Close and possibly other future New Forest developments. It will even be possible to apply for these particular shared ownership properties on the day.

It should be noted that although they support the move to provide affordable housing in the village, Bransgore Parish Council are not directly involved in this venture and as such all communications concerning the development, bar those of planning, should be addressed to Western Challenge, Spinnaker Housing Group, which is a commercial business.

Posters : General and  for Visitors

We are sure Mike Jukes of Bransgore's Community Responders would not mind us re-producing part of his recent letter to the Parish Council here:

"Since we started earlier in the year our group has gone from strength to strength. We have received some superb support from the local residents and businesses, indeed the proceeds of the disco, arranged by some residents were handed over to us. Our street collections have been well supported and we have had a particularly exciting offer which we hope will come to fruition early in the New Year. Although many persons we are called to are the more senior citizens locally, we are sent to ANY person who the ambulance service decide need our assistance prior to the arrival of the emergency paramedic ambulance. As a result we have assisted a whole range of ages with a variety of potentially life threatening medical emergencies.

We value the support of the Parish Council in promoting what we do and reflect this on our website. Please pass on our thanks"
