Based upon feedback on 'community needs' , Bransgore Parish Council has provided a full skate park based upon the previous 'half pipe' which was installed a couple of years earlier. Plans were drafted and funding sought from the National Lottery. The installation of tarmac surface and steel ramp sections was completed late in the summer of 2007.
During the design process GBH Engineering Ltd were tasked to came up with a number of concepts for discussion purposes of which this (No. 2) was very similar to the final installation we see today. Ramp elements included (see numbered items on the plan above)
