Hampshire County Council is delivering the M27 J10 improvements scheme to facilitate the development of Welborne Garden Village. The project includes new and improved links in all directions from the M27 to the A32 and the surrounding local highway network. The County Council is working closely with National Highways and has appointed VolkerFitzpatrick as the main contractor.
